Hey guys! Remember to warm up before exercising, and cool down and stretch after finishing a workout. If you are new to working out, please start with body weight only first. Do air squats, lunges without weights and etc. Then once you got your foundation right, You can invest in dumbbells or ankle weights if you don't go to the gym. I started out using just dumbbells and ankle weights. Once you feel like its not challenging enough then you can start lifting heavier weights! Let me know if you want to see exercises with ankle weights and just dumbbells that you can do at home (or even with body weight), and also do let me know if you want to see other leg routines I do at the gym.
