Isaac Holeman is an ethnographer and design thinker striving for global health equity. As a Gates Cambridge Scholar and a founding director of the award-winning social enterprise Medic Mobile, his work is about seeing through the eyes of the poor and marginalised and responding pragmatically.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
