Why wouldn't the catch of the day be caught that day? Sean Barrett explores the chain of custody of some locally caught fish and shares his chilling findings. Deeply inspired by his friend and farm-to-table pioneer Dan Barber, Sean teamed up with the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation and created Long Island's first Community Supported Fishery and the first Restaurant Supported Fishery in the U.S. This trailblazing membership based concept is fundamentally changing the seafood marketplace and revolutionizing how people source their fresh fish.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
