Over the past couple of years I have really struggled to motivate myself when it comes to exercise. I spend loads of time in front of a computer, sitting down, and I never seem to be able to find a spare hour to get myself moving! It's really hard to get back into an exercise routine when you have stopped for a while, so I thought I'd put together some things that I find helpful.
