Published
Rome, 25th of March 1957. At the Capitole, in the room of the Horaces and the Curiaces, took place the signing ceremony of the Treaties of Rome by the Ministers of the six Member States. This Treaty establishes the European Economic Community (EEC) and the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC) and foresees the implementation of a customs union and the creation of institutions: the Commission, the Council, the Assembly and the Court of Justice of the EC.
