Ethiopian Airlines reports that all 157 people aboard its flight 302 have been killed. The Boeing 737 MAX had just taken off from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and was headed to Nairobi, Kenya, when it crashed, killing passengers from Kenya, Ethiopia, China, Canada and other countries. The plane was the newest version of the 737 and was just four months old. The tracking website Flight Radar 24 says it had an unstable vertical speed. The crash came mere months after the same type of plane was involved in the crash of Lion Air flight 610 just after it took off from Jakarta. Could the design of the Boeing 737 MAX be at fault?
