This is the second part to the No Jumping Workout Series. This low-impact full body cardio workout is definitely more intense than the first ' No Jumping' Workout but it is still doable. I store most of my fat on my back, my love handles, my thighs and my butt so that's why it is not exactly very obvious because they're mostly covered by my clothing! haha.
