???????? BIG news out of Disney Springs today — and Gideon’s fans are going to want to sit down for this. ????????

On the same day Gideon’s Bakehouse celebrates its 5th anniversary, the creators behind those iconic half-pound cookies officially confirmed a brand-new Disney Springs location is coming later this year. ????

The new concept is called Six Ravens, described as a fast-casual celebration of savory, and it’ll open in The Landing, just a few doors down from Gideon’s Bakehouse.

The menu will be completely different from Gideon’s sweets, featuring hand-pie sandwiches called “coffyns” and house-made yeast rolls with savory fillings, with an emphasis on supporting local partners.

If this sounds familiar, that’s because we’ve been tracking construction at the former Art of Shaving location for a while now — complete with mysterious Gideon’s-themed window decals. Today’s announcement finally connects the dots. ????️‍♀️✨
