Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
6 sproated grain tortillas
Coconut oil pray
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons paprika
1½ teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coconut sugar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with coconut oil or cooking spray.
2. Place the tortillas in one even stack. Slice them in half, then in half again, then cut the pieces in half, creating 8 chips from each tortillas.
3. Place the chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Spray with coconut oil.
4. In a small bowl, add nutritional yeast, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, salt, coconut sugar, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
5. Sprinkle the mixture onto the tortillas, flipping to coat the other side.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy. Remove from the oven, let them sit for about 5 minutes, then enjoy!
