US Attorney General William Barr held a news conference detailing key aspects of his release of the Mueller Report. Redacted copies of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election are to be made public shortly. The Attorney General said that the report confirms that no Americans, and no one in the Trump campaign, colluded with Russia to influence the election. On the question of whether President Donald Trump attempted to thwart the investigation, the Attorney General said he concluded that the president's motives were non-corrupt, and that influenced his decision not to bring charges for obstruction of justice.
