This is the so-called one -stop food haven where you will find Chinese, Indian, Malay, and more, culinary delights. One such stall that stands out is the "yong tau foo" offerings. This video shows a queue forming just to wait for the stall owner to cook the selections . Indeed, as you can see, the selections are made and cooked right on the spot, unlike other yong tau foo stalls that sell pre-cooked freezer-kept varieties. This is one big reason why this stall has been in business for over 60 years! If you still have space in your tummy for more take a stroll along Madras Lane and feast yourself to sumptuous selections such as curry assam laksa from a 50 year old stall, cendo ,and even ice campur (a mix of sorts in ice shavings).
