Volkswagen's first all-electric car to hit the U.S. shores will come in the form of an e-Golf. This car is due out soon and is powered by a 115 horsepower and 199 lb-ft. of torque electric motor. This 0-60 MPH acceleration test took 8.9 seconds which is better than what VW quotes in their latest press release.
