We were invited out to the Daytona 500 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Cars, and what a way to mark two decades!

Huge thank you to Disney Family, Pixar, and Nascar for having us out to experience it all!

This wasn’t just watching a race from the stands — we were in the garages, on pit lane as the race started, and even watched a pit stop from just steps away.

Drivers walking by, crews working on the cars, celebs on pit road, the Thunderbirds flyover… it was LOUD, high-energy, and completely unforgettable.

As motorsports fans (and longtime Cars fans), getting to see the real-life world that inspired the Cars universe up close was incredibly cool.

From real-life Lightning McQueen sightings to exclusive merch and behind-the-scenes access, it was such a special way to celebrate 20 years of this iconic Pixar film.
