The team at Lilongwe Wildlife Centre gets an emergency call about a pangolin. Pangolins are the most trafficked mammal on the planet due to their scales. They find maggots on the animal, and lacerations on her hands and feet. She hasn't eaten for days and probably has pneumonia. They try to take her hunting for ants and she collapses due to exhaustion. The team puts her to sleep to give her a proper examination. In the end, the pangolin doesn't make it, and the staff talk about how difficult it is when the fight to save another doesn't have a happy ending.
