"Julia Hinebaugh was arrested on Tuesday, June 3, after Fellsmere police obtained a warrant to arrest her for the charge of misdemeanor battery.

Police say Hinebaugh, 20, argued with a victim over his use of multiple parking spaces, denying her ability to park.

Investigators say Hinebaugh and the victim called each other names in the presence of each other's children, allegedly prompting Hinebaugh to throw a half-eaten sandwich at the victim, striking him in the back of the head."* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.
