A trade dispute rooted in WWII history is heating up between Japan and South Korea. From today, Tokyo is restricting exports of equipment needed to make semiconductors and computer displays. The move is intended to hurt South Korea's high tech industry. This comes, as Seoul is demanding action on compensating forced WWII laborers.
