In 2006, director Billy Corben released "Cocaine Cowboys," a two-hour documentary about the Miami drug wars of the '70s and '80s. The doc was a big hit for the Showtime network, and a sequel, "Cocaine Cowboys 2: Hustling with the Godmother," which focused on drug lord Griselda Blanco, was released in 2008.
