I was super hesitant to post this video...
If you watched my last 'what I eat in a day' you'll know that my current goal is to lean down and drop some body fat. My eating style today reflects those goals and I'm just testing out some different meals. I am often super plant-based, but theres never anything wrong with a little experimentation!!
