John Fishback's TEDxBrookings talk, "What Economists Call a Moral Hazard," looks at when we should and shouldn't rely on economic theory to help us make our choices, and who is ultimately responsible for our communities.

John is a Senior Director of the Financial Services practice at CEB and a member of the board of First Bank & Trust in Brookings and Fishback Financial Corporation. He holds a BA from Georgetown University, an MA from NYU, and is a proud graduate of Brookings High School.
