A speciality of the Blue Stripes Cacao Shop, right near Union Square in Manhattan, the Chocolate Pankwich is made of layers of pancake, chocolate, banana, and caramel. Known as a “chocolate-centric café,” Blue Stripes offers an assortment of sweet treats with a chocolate foundation. The perfect ‘dessert for breakfast’ dish, we had the opportunity to taste test the delicious Pankwich and all its glory.
