The Hubble Space Telescope has orbited Earth for more than 28 years, changing the way we look at the universe. Here at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, we’ll take you inside the Space Telescope Operations Control Center, where Hubble’s flight operations team communicates with the spacecraft and receives data and telemetry from the orbiting observatory. We’ll talk to Hubble’s senior scientist Dr. Jennifer Wiseman and Deputy Project Manager Jim Jeletic about the science and history of Hubble as well as the beautiful new image of the Lagoon Nebula released for Hubble’s 28th anniversary.
