Louis-Félix Binette (co-fondateur et agent provocateur, f. & co)

Louis-Félix a occupé pendant dix ans des fonctions stratégiques dans des organisations du secteur public, dont un cabinet ministériel et la diplomatie canadienne. Après des études en management stratégique à HEC Montréal, il s'est associé à Francis Gosselin pour fonder f. & co, afin de mobiliser l'intelligence collective pour stimuler la créativité et aider les organisations à mieux faire face à la complexité et tirer profit de l'économie créative. Traducteur et linguiste de formation, Louis-Félix parle cinq langues; il est mélomane et membre du Conseil d'administration de l'Institut du Nouveau Monde.

For 10 years, Louis-Félix Binette held high-level strategic positions in the public sector, notably for a Minister in the Québec government and as a diplomat in the Canadian foreign service. He recently studied strategic management at HEC Montréal where he used LEGO SeriousPlay as an investigative method for his research, which focused on the role of middle managers in strategic processes. He has also conceived and developed several creative and co-design workshops with MosaiC HEC Montreal, a platform devoted to knowledge-transfer in the management of creativity. He is a member of the Board of the Institut du Nouveau Monde, a Québec NGO dedicated to fostering citizen participation and social innovation.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
