Variety is reporting that TEENAGE MUTNT NINJA TURTLES 2 has just added another cast member as Tyler Perry has joined the film and will play the scientist Baxter Stockman, who in various TMNT incarnations created the Mousers, small robotic creatures originally designed to hunt and destroy swear rats in New York City, but are later used to hunt Master Splinter.
