300GRAMS COOKED PASTA OF CHOICE
2 REGULAR CANS TUNA
3 MEDIUM TOMATOES
1 MEDUIM ONION
1/2 CUP SWEETCORN
SALT AND PEPPER
1TS OREGANO
1TS CHILLI POWDER
2TS GARLIC
HANDFUL OF OLICES
1/2 CUP TOMATO PASTE
1/2 CUP BELL PEPPERS
OLIVE OIL
START BY ADDING THE ONIONS AND GARLIC TO A PAN WITH OIL AND COOK FOR 3 MINS.
NOW ADD THE TOMATOES SALT PEPPER OLIVES AND HERBS AND COOK FOR 6 MINS.
NOW THAT THE TOMATOES HAVE COOKED DOWN TO A SAUCE ADD THE PUREE SWEETCORN PEPPERS AND TUNA, COOK FOR 5 MINS.
THE SAUCE IS NOW DONE CHECK FOR SALT.
YOU CAN SERVE ON OR MIX INTO PASTA.
