The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that actress Tilda Swinton is in talks to play The Ancient One in the upcoming Doctor Strange movie. In the comic books The Ancient One is a Tibetan mystic that is a mentor to Doctor Strange and also was a male character.  The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange and Scott Derrickson will be directing. The movie is set for release on November 4th 2016.
