???????? Is this the most underrated quick-service spot in Disney World?
We just reviewed Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory, and honestly… this changes the theme park food game.
We tried the Shrimp Po’ Boy, Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Cornbread, and this did NOT feel like your typical grab-and-go park meal.
The po’ boy was packed and satisfying, the gumbo had that rich, slow-simmered flavor you hope for, the jambalaya was hearty and filling, and the cornbread tied it all together.
This is quick service that actually tastes elevated — like something you’d go out of your way for, not just settle for because you’re hungry.
It’s flavorful, substantial, and feels like real Louisiana-inspired comfort food (without the table service wait).
If you’re tired of the usual burgers and fries and want something that actually feels worth your money, this spot deserves a spot on your list! ????✨
