Thirsty Wild Dog Puppies Enter Croc-Infested Danger Zone | Love Nature

It's 100 degrees and rising in South Luangwa National Park. For the puppies in the three wild dog packs Julz is following, finding drinking water is the most critical concern. With rivers and waterholes drying up, all the animals are forced to gather near the few remaining water sources - alongside predators. The mega Manzi pack in their heartland territory by the river may seem to have it easier than the others, but crocodiles and hyenas are an ever-present threat, especially for the inexperienced pups. It’s vital they learn what’s safe and what’s not - getting it wrong is a matter of life or death.
