Jimmy Fallon first appeared on "The Ellen Show" in 2005 to discuss why he left "Saturday Night Live" and showed off some of his spot-on impressions. He made his last appearance in 2017 as the host of both "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and that year's Golden Globes.
