Peter Keon Woo, a senior at the University of Notre Dame, is mad - mad about predatory lending practices that take advantage of the poor. He is also scared by the enormity of the problem. But in this talk, he shares what he and fellow students at Notre Dame are doing through the Jubilee Initiative for Financial Inclusion to provide alternative financial resources—both loans and advice—to people in the local community.
