Family support for drifting or any kind of racing cannot be underestimated. A strong family backing can usually be found in any successful race car driver's upbringing. That is no different with our Falken Tire professional drift drivers Darren McNamara, Justin Pawlak and Daijiro Yoshihara.
Justin's parents barely miss an event and Ann McNamara flies out from Ireland to almost every event. The Yoshihara's haven't made it over the pond to check out their champion son but they constantly keep tabs over the phone and internet. But we've seen Mrs. Daijiro Yoshihara at various events representing the fam.
In this episode we interviewed the drivers and families on the importance of family in drifting.
