Pamela, along with two close friends, co-founded the online store 'Saught' which fashions handcrafted products. They began this business with the objective to promote peace and sustainable development in post-conflict countries. With the goal in mind, they craft their products from materials such as scrap metal and landmines found in war-ravaged nations like Cambodia.

The name 'Saught', which means "peace" in old English, was conceived in December 2010 in Laos, during which Ng Sookzhen, co-founder of 'Saught', saw how locals used war remnants from bombs to make table cutlery at home. Currently, 'Saught' works collaboratively with local design schools to design the jewelry and Cambodian NGOs to hand-make such products. They are also planning to expand to Sri Lanka, Laos, East Timor, and other post-conflict countries.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
