This is for me the greatest breakfast ever, it has everything I love. It is a play on the famous Shakshouka but with added cheese and fried potatoes. Give this one a go, it is delicious.
You will need the following.
3 potatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
4 eggs
2 ripe tomatoes
salt pepper
oil
fresh parsley
chili flakes
