In multi-cultural Malaysia we are fortunate enough to witness a symphony of different cultures and practises  that open up our eyes and minds . This video showcases a Malay wedding in the suburbs of Petaling Jaya. It took place in a community hall  and the simple yet delightful ceremony is brightened up with live traditional musical performances and colourful decorations. Take a look at the elaborate and long ceremonial proceedings that took place for the 'king and queen' of the day.  Of course, take a peek at the wonderful food that are served ! Indeed, this Malay wedding has adopted or combined many 'modern' styles of wedding parties, including the VIPs being served food!
