The Debate to End Breed Discrimination (BSL)

Every American who follows the right safety rules as a responsible dog owner should be allowed to own whatever breed of dog they choose- it's that simple.

In 2014, legislation was passed in South Dakota and Utah to outlaw breed discrimination. Now 19 states enhance public safety and protect pet owners’ property rights by outlawing breed discriminatory or “specific” ordinances and policies (BSL).
