Now my kids like all kids I presume love chicken nuggets and as a dad, I hate letting them eat them. We all know what they are made of and it is not good.
This recipe is a more adult version, Indian in origin, Chicken Pakado or Pakora, they are simple, easy and really delicious. If you want to make them for your kids and you really should, get the hot spices out and try some celery salt in its place, celery salt is used in loads of fast food by the way. So sticking to the spicy Indian version, try serving these with a tomato chutney, cucumber raita or the dip of your choice. Make these and you will never buy them over processed little chicken nuggets again.
400grams minced/ground chicken
4 tablespoons Basen flour
So 100grms chicken to 1 tablespoon flour
Chill powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 2 teaspoon
Fresh Chili - to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic Ginger paste - 2 heaped teaspoons
Cilantro/fresh coriander
Oil for frying
