The executive director of the Arts Council for Monterey County since 2004, Paulette Lynch is tireless in her mission as self-proclaimed champion the arts. In her TEDxMontereyWomen talk, Paulette shares how her constant refrain "the arts the answer" just might lead us to healthier schools, more connected communities, and a more sustainable future.
