Sweet potato might not be the first thing you think of to use instead of a classic tomato sauce when making a pizza, but I as found out while making this, it works incredibly well. The earthy sweetness of the potato was balanced perfectly by savory bacon and cheese, spicy jalapeno, tangy lemon, and a little kiss of rosemary. Enjoy!
