Strawberries and Cream Cake Ball Truffles - Valentine's Day Recipe - I Heart Recipes

Hey friends! As many of you know I have a strawberry allergy. However, I still crave strawberry desserts. With this recipe I figured out how to satisfy my strawberry craving by making these delicious strawberries and cream cake ball truffles. I used a box of strawberry cake mix for this recipe, as well as strawberry Jello, for more strawberry flavor. Feel free to add fresh strawberries to your cake batter or strawberry preserve if you are able to eat strawberries. The cake that I used was by Pillsbury. I also used Pillsbury cream cheese frosting for my frosting. You can use homemade frosting as well. These strawberries & cream cake ball truffles make the perfect Valentines day dessert/ treat. Making these strawberry and cream cake ball truffles will also be a nice Valentines day activity for the family. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
