Pork kidney- 400gm
Pork tongue- 400gm
Carrots-- 80gm
Fresh chili- 5 pieces
Potato- 70gm
Green peas- 125gm
Bell pepper- 70gm
Onion- 1 large size
Garlic- 4 cloves
Bay leaves- 2 pieces
Oyster sauce- 50ml
Soya sauce- 30ml
Atchuete powder 1 packet
Vinegar- 3 tbsp
Black ground pepper
Fish sauce-- 20 ml
Cooking oil- 20ml
Pork stock- 300ml
Boil and clean the pork tongue and set it aside keep the stock. wash the pork kidney with warm water and marinate with soy sauce and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Both tongue and kidney cut into strips.
Heat the pan add some oil and add the onion and garlic saute for 1 minute. Now add the pork kidney pork tongue and bay leaves stir for 3 minutes. Add the diluted achuete powder and pork stock and cook it for 10 minutes.
Add the potato and carrots and cook it again for 5 minutes. open the lid and drop the fresh green chili green peas bell peppers oyster sauce and soya sauce cook it again for another 3 minutes.
Lastly, add the vinegar ground black pepper and fish sauce cook for 3 minutes and it is DONE...
