Some Cookie-Art has gone missing. That's right - snatched, lifted, stolen! When art goes missing in this town, there's only one monster who is up for the challenge - Detective Elmo. Detective Elmo thinks that he has what it takes find the real culprit and clear Cookie Monster's name.
