Sesame Street: What is Dance?

Ok ask your mom or dad or your big sister to put on some music. Then start feeling the groove. Now, take a step and do a little wiggle. Throw your hands in the air and wave them back and forth. There you go, you're dancing! What is dance? Is it the twist? Is it the macarena? Is it expressing yourself through movement and music? Listen to what these kiddos have to say about it.
