Wendi McLendon-Covey and Elmo are so tough! They just ran around, lifted a heavy rock, and played tug of war with one of the world's strongest animals. Those were some strenuous tasks! What makes something strenuous, you ask? Oh you know, just those activities that require a ton of energy and hard work.
