We have a fun game we like to play this time of year and it has become a holiday tradition so while Jimmy is out this week our pal and Guest Host Neil Patrick Harris does the honors. Here's how the game works: we show a picture of a screaming child's face and you have to guess if the kid is sitting on Santa's lap or getting a flu shot.
