Ukrainian filmmaker and Kremlin critic Oleg Sentsov has been on a hunger strike for three months in a Russian prison. As French President Emmanuel Macron sets to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, those near Sentsov quote the dissident as saying "the end is near."
