On Tuesday 29 October, The Rt Hon Owen Paterson MP, Secretary of State, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs visited the RSA to make an important speech on the role of civil society in achieving the Government's objectives for Defra. He was joined by Dame Helen Ghosh and Steve Wyler OBE . The event was chaired by Matthew Taylor.
