A lot of people doubt no contact when in the throes of a breakup. They wonder; "Will my ex come back?", "I need to text my ex or they will lose interest", or, "I cannot just do nothing, I want my ex back!"

But having a scarcity mindset will not help you get your ex back or move on. It will just increase your anxiety.
