In the summer of 1976, an ambitious short film that came to be known as Rendezvous was created. In the film, a driver zips through the nighttime streets of paris, weaving in and out of traffic and completing dozens of wild maneuvers just to get to the top of a hill to meet up with a woman at sunrise. The piece is renowned as legend in car enthusiast circles so on this episode of The List, we decided to fly to Paris to pay homage to the piece by trying to (safely) recreate it.
