Just a quick one of a Puff Adder (Bitis arietans) that was crossing the road, tried to get it approaching the camera but it didn't work quite as well as i had hoped!
The puff adder is a snake with a cytotoxic venom and is responsible for many of the snakebites that occur in South Africa due to people treading on one at night.
