It's being reported that Penelope Cruz has signed on to star alongside Ben Stiller, who will be reprising his role as the lovable but dense supermodel, Derek Zoolander. Rumors are also swirling around that Will Ferrell will be back as the evil Mugatu and Owen Wilson will return as Zoolander's rival, Hansel.
