With pencil in one hand and a cigarette in the other Pak Rosli is immersed in concentration as he sketches a portrait on his drawing board. This 50 something local street artist is a natural born talent who has been sketching portraits in black and white for over 15 years. He was based   in Central Market bazaar and has moved to this bustling Bukit Bintang area due to high rent. Now he sketches along the walkway and gets some help from his friend with some handphone illumination. Catch this video showing his patience and intensity as he takes time to put on his finishing touches to a portrait of a young Sheikh. If you are in this area of KL drop by and give Pak Rosli an applause for his diligence. One wonders how many more years he will be around parading his natural passion.
